Add Bone Target Add-On

This addon takes a selected bone in pose mode, and then creates a new bone at it's tip with an IK, TrackTo, StretchTo,Locked or Damped constraint and a few important presets. This action can then be repeated on other bones with the Shift-R command. In the case of adding an IK constraint, I counted a reduction from 12 steps to 2 per bone!
